Sabrina Manea
Founder
Teaches: Spanish, Math, and SAT
Sabrina is an experienced tutor with an affinity for learning new things. She is fluent in Romanian and Spanish, and has spent two years living in Barcelona, where she learned the local culture. She also studied Spanish for six years in school, which deepened her appreciation for language learning. Moreover, she earned a 1530 (750 English & 780 Math) on the SAT and has a strong background in both English and math, giving her the tools to support students across multiple subjects. Above all, she aims to make learning approachable, engaging, and rewarding.
Kate Oberhauser
Teaches Coding and Math
Kate is a second year student at UCSD, where she studies advanced mathematics, including Calculus and Linear Algebra, and develops strong programming skills in Java and Python through her Data Science coursework. Beyond academics, she brings extensive experience working with children as a soccer coach, babysitter, and camp counselor, which has shaped her patient, approachable, and engaging teaching style. She is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve a deep understanding of their coursework in a supportive and productive learning environment.
